Overview

YFi-studio games (Num Puzz and Sha Puzz) by YAlpha Co., Ltd. do not require an account or login. Most of your game data — such as progress, stars, hearts, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is never tied to a personal account. This page explains how to delete data stored on your device, as well as how to request deletion of any data processed by our service providers.

Some data may be processed by our service providers for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and purchases (for example, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and the app stores). To request deletion of this data, send us an email and we will process your request:

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data we are able to associate with you that is held for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting purposes. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, purchase and payment records held by the app stores), as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Response Time

We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable period and to complete verified deletion requests in line with applicable law. We may need to verify your request before acting on it to protect against unauthorized deletion.
