Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 19, 2026 · Last updated: June 20, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how YAlpha Co., Ltd. ("YFi-studio", "we", "us", or "our") processes information in connection with our mobile games, including Num Puzz and Sha Puzz, and this official website (together, the "Services"). YFi-studio is the official game studio brand of YAlpha Co., Ltd., based in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Our games are casual mobile puzzle games. They do not require an account and do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the game and your settings, we and our service providers may process the following categories of information:

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate and provide gameplay features, balance difficulty, detect and fix crashes, deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, process and restore purchases, respond to support requests, and comply with app store policies and applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our Services. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:

5. Advertising and Tracking

When advertising is enabled, our games are intended to use non-personalized or contextual ads by default. Personalized advertising or tracking that requires your consent will only occur after we obtain that consent where required by applicable law (for example, through the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS).

6. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Receipts and entitlements are processed to deliver and restore your purchases and to prevent fraud.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress stored locally on your device can be removed through an in-app reset (where available) or by deleting the app. Analytics, advertising, and purchase data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and may be kept longer where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons. See our Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.

8. Children

Our games are general-audience apps and are not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal data from children. Where a minor's use requires parental or guardian permission under local law, that permission should be obtained. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and legal mechanisms provided by those service providers and required by applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, correction of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your information, as well as data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our games, applicable laws, or app store rules change. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
