Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by YAlpha Co., Ltd. ("YFi-studio", "we", "us", or "our"), including Num Puzz and Sha Puzz, and this official website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. Please review it carefully.
3. Eligibility and Guardian Consent
Our games are general-audience apps. If you are a minor under the age required by the laws of your country, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms and the rules of the relevant app store, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our games for your own personal entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Apple Standard EULA
If you download a game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA") applies alongside these Terms. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent of the conflict.
6. Game Content and Progress
To improve the games and operate the Services, we may add, change, rebalance, limit, or remove features, rewards, content, levels, or difficulty at any time. Game progress, stars, hearts, and similar items are part of the game experience and may be adjusted as part of normal operation, subject to applicable law.
7. Virtual Items
The games may include virtual items such as hearts and hints. Virtual items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred or sold outside the game. We may manage, modify, or remove virtual items at any time, subject to applicable law.
8. Purchases and Refunds
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. If a purchase fails, is refunded, reversed, or suspected of abuse, related entitlements may be withheld or removed. Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered; for refund requests, please follow the procedures of the relevant app store, or contact us for assistance.
9. Ads and Rewards
Some games may offer rewards for viewing advertisements. We may limit, delay, or deny rewards if an ad fails to load, is unavailable, or appears to be manipulated or obtained through prohibited means.
10. Notifications
Where enabled, the games may send local notifications such as heart-refill reminders. You can disable these at any time in the app's settings or your device settings.
11. Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- cheat, automate, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or modifications;
- copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the games or their assets without our written permission;
- disrupt or interfere with the Services, servers, or other users;
- transmit malware or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
12. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services — including game design, artwork, characters, audio, text, logos, and the "YFi-studio", "Num Puzz", and "Sha Puzz" names — is owned by YAlpha Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
13. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAlpha Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our games, applicable laws, or app store rules change. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
